Community is at the center of how we approach all our work, utilizing our team’s deep experience in public-private partnerships to help achieve consensus and lay the groundwork for success. We have spearheaded many stakeholder engagement efforts, both in Brooklyn and in cities across the globe, and we understand how to tailor the process to achieve buy-in across sectors and constituencies.

As veterans of nuanced public processes like New York City’s Uniform Land Use Review Procedure and the City Environmental Quality Review, we can also deliver value by partnering with landowners and organizations to execute entitlements. We know how to build teams and manage consultants, developers, lenders, brokers, community groups, and government agencies to achieve desired outcomes.

Finally, we have extensive experience developing and managing strategic communications campaigns that recognize the importance of storytelling in any real estate process. By distilling often complicated projects into tangible benefits that resonate with communities, we help enable project success.
