HERKIMER-WILLIAMS
The rezoning of several blocks around Broadway Junction, one of the largest transit centers in New York City, aims to help fulfill its potential as “a more accessible and dynamic transit hub and economic center,” as described in a 2019 report by the New York City Economic Development Corporation and Department of City Planning.
The approximately 1.5 million-square-foot mixed-use development is a generational opportunity for the area – to turn dirt storage and parking lots into hundreds of millions of dollars invested in the community over the next decade.
Over the last five years, our team convened 100+ meetings with the community to shape the plan for Herkimer-Williams, which certified into ULURP in June 2025.
